Yang Hengkun, in view of the current situation of Dongfang Electronics, put forward the Jingjin Model with "accurate innovation and continuous progress" as the core concept.
On July 28, the "first case of civil compensation in China Securities" involving 6,989 investors and a total target of RMB 442 million was presided over by the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court. The Company reached a mediation framework agreement with agents from 58 law firms. In December 2007, the list of "2007 China Industry Leading Enterprises" was announced, of which Yantai Dongfang Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. was listed among it. Yang Hengkun, chairman of the Company, was named "China's industrial economy top ten influential persons."
On May 12, after the Wenchuan earthquake occurred, the Company actively participated in the earthquake relief, contributed RMB 30,000 to support 10 earthquake orphans, remitted RMB 50,000 of disaster relief fund to Beichuan County Power Supply Bureau, and urgently purchased 75 tents for power supply companies in Baoji and Hanzhong that were seriously affected. All employees donated RMB 385,000 to the disaster area. In September, the Company successfully completed the power protection mission of Beijing Olympic Games and received customers' thanks letters. In September, the Organization Department of Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China awarded the Company the honorary title of "Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization Supporting Earthquake Relief".
In November, our company declared the "High-tech Enterprise Solutions to Create Value for Customers" from 256 achievements, and won the "2008 Shandong Province Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements First Prize."
On March 28, Yang Hengkun, the chairman of the Company, won the "National Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement First Prize" for scientific management practice and a series of innovations in enterprise model. On April 16, the "17th Shandong Excellent Entrepreneurs Selection Activity" in Shandong Province was announced. Yang Hengkun, chairman of our company, was awarded this honor.
In May, the Company completed the trial of a series of disputes over false securities information. The Company unloaded the greatest historical burden and entered the fast track of development. On June 9, the Company obtained the first-class qualification for computer information system integration, becoming the fifth enterprise in Shandong Province that has obtained the qualification. On July 1, Yantai Dongfang Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. changed its name to Dongfang Electronics Corporation (the joint stock company was renamed at the same time).
In January, the Company obtained the building ownership certificate and land certificate located in Beijing Shangdi Hi-Tech Park, marking the successful settlement of the property rights issue of Dongfang Electronics Beijing Science and Technology Building, which had been delayed for 10 years. In April, the Company completed the capital increase and acquisition of Yantai State Grid CECT Automation Technology Co., Ltd. The Company intervened in the field of transmission line online monitoring market.
May 28, the 9th China software business revenue top 100 enterprises list was released in Shenyang, our company ranked on the list for the 9th consecutive year. On December 7, the Company and China Machinery Import and Export Corporation (CMEC) signed the "Automated Operation and Maintenance Contract for the Transmission and Transformation Project of Gibrao Hydropower Station in Equatorial Guinea", marking the beginning of Dongfang Electronics to export power network operation and maintenance services overseas.
In late April, the system department of the technology center of the joint-stock company won the national "worker pioneer" advanced collective honorary title. On November 25, at the headquarters of TANGEDCO in India, Dongfang Electronics officially signed a contract to obtain the general contracting project on distribution network automation transformation. The project task scope is the distribution network automation transformation in seven cities, and the project value is about RMB 200 million.
On November 20, the Company successfully completed the "18th CPC National Congress" power protection. In December, our company’s trademark (1991421) was recognized as a well-known trademark in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
In January, the world's largest off-grid photovoltaic power plant - 7.203MWp distributed off-grid photovoltaic power plant in Qumalai County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, which our company participated in the construction, had been successfully put into trial operation. Our company provided the micro-grid control system for the project and realized a number of technical innovations. On April 26, Dongfang Intelligent Technology Park, which carries the Company's "energy-saving and environmental protection product line", was put into use. Transformer Branch was settled for the first batch.
In February, the group company was awarded the honorary title of "2013 Yantai backbone star enterprise" by the municipal government. "Yantai backbone star enterprise" is the highest award granted by the municipal government to enterprises, with enterprise output value, profits and taxes, growth rate and other important indicators as the selection criteria. In July, Yantai Dongfang Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. was established to focus on the research and development and service of energy-saving intelligent products for cooling, heating and electrical systems, and to provide customers with "energy-saving + intelligent" solutions.
On May 1, Yang Hengkun, chairman of the group company, was awarded the "Model Laborer of Shandong Province". On June 15, Haiyi Software successfully passed the certification of CMMI5 process system, becoming the first software enterprise in Yantai City and the second software enterprise in Shandong Province that has obtained this certification.
On January 15, Yantai Dongfang Wisdom Electric Co., Ltd. (WISDOM) was officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NSEQ) with the stock code of 831786. In March, the joint stock company officially passed the CMMI5 certification. In April, stocks of Yantai Haiyi Software Co., Ltd. were listed on the NEEQ with the stock code: 832327 In June, after strict review, the assessment team finally determined that the Technology Center of Dongfang Electronics Co., Ltd. successfully passed the CMMI Level 5 assessment. The assessment results are published on the official website of the CMMI Institute.
On January 29, stocks of Yantai Dongfang Zongheng Technology Co., Ltd. were officially listed on the NEEQ with the stock code: 835773 On the morning of February 27, WISDOM Industrial Park held a groundbreaking ceremony in Laishan Economic Development Zone, Yantai. After the project is put into operation, the production capacity of single-phase smart energy meters will reach 10 million units, and the production capacity of three-phase smart energy meters and smart terminals will reach 3 million units. The total annual output value is expected to reach RMB 3 billion, and nearly 2,000 new jobs will be created.
On July 23, the MP Transmission Project in India executed by the Joint Stock Company passed the system acceptance by the users, obtained the acceptance certificate and was officially handed over to the users On September 6, the Company successfully completed the Hangzhou G20 power protection task. In September, the national standard GB/T 32856-2016 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Energy Meters" drafted by WISDOM was officially released. This is the world's first high-voltage energy meter national standard, marking China's high-voltage direct metering industry into a new development mileage.
In February, the group company launched the mixed ownership reform, Ningxia Yellow Triangle Investment Center invested RMB 1.182 billion in participating in it, holding 49% equity of Dongfang Electronics Corporation. In April, "Research and Demonstration on Key Technologies of Power Distribution System for Multi-user Interaction in Industrial Park", Guangzhou 863 project undertaken by the Company, realized the three-layer interaction of the main station, enterprise sub-station and cooling and heating monitoring terminal of the park.
On May 28, WISDOM Industrial Park was inaugurated. The industrial park is located at No. 6 Jindu Road, Laishan District, Yantai City. It covers an area of 55 acres and has a total construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters. In December, Wang Lin, Chairman and General Manager of Haiyi Software, and Deng Wendong, Deputy General Manager and Chief Scientist of WISDOM Company, were awarded the honorary title of "Leading Talents of Taishan Industry" in 2017.
